Nike LeBron 15 ‘Four Horsemen’ / LRMR – Release Date

We’ve been calling them Black Fruity Pebbles because that was easy. The connection was obvious. Replace all the white on the actual Cereal / Fruity Pebbles colorway and you get these.

Turns out there’s a deeper meaning behind the Black Multicolor version of the Nike LeBron 15. Nike has been great at storytelling with the LEBRON XV and this time they go way back to the Four Horsemen days. The 4 Horsemen logo was a common PE badge back in the day for numerous Air Force 1 PEs as well as LeBron 20-5-5’s and Zoom LeBron III.

Additionally LRMR, Maverick Carter and LeBron James’ marketing agency, makes an appearance on one of the tags along with the Akron, Ohio symbols.

The ‘Four Horsemen’ LeBron 15 is scheduled to be released on April 12th, however, several markets (i.e. Dubai) have already made the drop. Shout out to @pawinbarca for sharing the pics.

Release Reminder: Nike LeBron 15 ‘Fruity Pebbles’

One of the most anticipated releases of the Nike LeBron 15 – the Fruity Pebbles – is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

Based on Footlocker’s Launch Locator, there will be plenty to go around, but the demand is high so I wouldn’t count on finding them later on sitting on shelves. The ‘Cereal’ LEBRON XV (official name) will also drop on Nike SNRKS and earlier today Nike Europe added these to the launch list as well. Footlocker.eu will have them on April 1st.

The LEBRON 15 line has already produced a number of nice looking colorways, but excluding the limited Kith and LeBron Watch drops, makes these much more appealing, I believe. Not to mention that LeBron James has already laced these up a couple of times.

Be sure to set your alarm clocks for tomorrow and check out the detailed photos below.

Closer Look at ‘Fruity Pebbles’ LeBron 15 That’s Due on Easter

Back in 2006 LeBron James’ Nike Zoom LeBron IV ‘Fruity Pebbles’ brought the sneaker industry to its knees with a super crazy concept that usually doesn’t see the light of the day. Almost twelve years later King James and Nike have decided to revisit the famed Player Exclusive colorway and use it on the Nike LeBron 15… this time as a General Release.

You know things are serious when The King himself announces his signature sneaker releases like he did with the ‘Fruity Pebbles’ 15s. The shoe is expected to be released next Friday on March 30th. I guess with Nike no longer designing special Easter kicks these could be a 2-for-1 kind of a deal due to the timing.

The ‘Fruity Pebbles’ LeBron XV sports a multi-colored BattleKnit upper, White midsole and translucent outsole. Various small details play a big role here with a nice touch of chrome on the heel and the Family Size logo on the heel tab. James has already donned the colorway on court a few times. Fortunately we can get these as well. Continue reading for more photos.
