Meet 9 out of 10 LeBron Watch 15s at House of Hoops in Harlem NYC

Today Nike and Footlocker join forces for a second wave of the LeBron Watch campaign by releasing all 5 colorways (Deion, Mowabb, Orange Box, Air Max 95, Griffey) at select House of Hoops stores in Harlem, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Cleveland.

Obviously the New York City location is more special. There’s a special display showing all LeBron Watch 15s even the ones that did not release to public. Actually there’s one missing… the Orange Air Max 95. All pairs have regular outsole pattern (no outriggers), which may indicate that some of them are not only meant to be held behind a glass window.

On top of that LeBron James’ next game is in New York on Tuesday against the Knicks so… who knows… maybe he will make an appearance?!? Stay tuned for more updates once available…

The #LeBronWatch is coming to House of Hoops in NYC, CHI, LA, and CLE

Last night LeBron James debuted the ‘Griffey’ Nike LeBron 15, which was released on Nike SNKRS concluding the original launch of five different colorways.

Fortunately there will be another chance of getting the LeBron Watch 15s. Footlocker has just confirmed that all 5 colorways will be released at select House of Hoops location. The list is short and right now it includes only 4 spots – Harlem, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Cleveland.

The quantities will be limited so it’s not like they’re breaking as GRs. It will be still very hard to grab a pair, but it is another chance for those who missed out on the original SNRKS draws.

You can reserve a pair using the Foot Locker App reservations. The actual release date is scheduled on April 7th.

‘Griffey’ Nike LeBron Watch 15 Was Almost Released Last Night

If you were watching last night’s game and saw LeBron James wearing one of his Cavs PEs thinking you don’t need to hit refresh on Nike SNKRS you’d be surprised because the countdown was in play… for a brief moment.

There was sort of a glitch on and first the official catalog images have surfaced followed by the Nike Draw. If you’re following me on Instagram you saw the story unfold. @nikestore tweeted that the actual launch will happen at a later date. We’ll all be ready now.

Consider this a confirmation the final LeBron Watch being in fact inspired by Ken Griffey Jr. and his ‘Air Max Griffey 1’.

In the meantime we’ve got new detailed images courtesy of @weocia.

Preview of the 5th and Final(?) Nike LeBron Watch 15 ‘Swingman’

Last night, LeBron James debuted the ‘South Beach’ LeBron 15 as a part of the LeBron Watch, but he decided to keep that pair to himself.
This means that we still get at least one more version at retail and now all the attention turn towards the next installment inspired by the signature series for baseball legend Ken Griffey Jr.

Nike did already release the ‘Swingman’ Nike LeBron 9 back in 2012. This new iteration sports the LeBron 15 silhouette with the “Dunkman/Swingman” logo on the heel, a black/teal Battleknit upper, and a big white Swoosh with the Swingman’s trademark toebox placement.

Per usual a release date isn’t known upfront, but once LeBron James wears these on court expect an Instagram Stories update just before the tip-off followed by a draw on the Nike SNKRS app. April 3rd is one of the possible dates.

LBJ Debuts ‘South Beach’ LeBron Watch 15 But Without a Release

“As part of Nike’s new LeBron Watch program, LeBron James will unveil special player editions (PEs) that pay homage to the iconic athletes and Nike shoes that have inspired his career. Some will be just for him, but he’s also making five of those PEs available to Nike members via the Nike SNKRS app as soon as he steps on the floor wearing them.”

That’s Nike’s original press release for the LeBron Watch program. The crucial part is “Some will be just for him” and today we learn it the hard way. Joining the “Waffle Trainer” colorway, the ‘South Beach’ style is a part of the LeBron Watch but without an actual Nike SNKRS release.

Nike LeBron Watch 15 Chapter 4 is Inspired by Air Max 95 ‘Neon’

We’re about to enter stage 4 of the LeBron Watch program with the Air Max 95 inspired colorway of the Nike LeBron 15. There’s no confirmed date for these yet, but again the main idea is to keep an eye on James’ feet in-game and jump into the Nike SNKRS app as soon as possible in order to enter the draw.

The ‘Air Max 95’ LEBRON XV takes on many of the Neon’s trademark design cues. This includes the general color scheme, the mini-swoosh placed near the upper heel and the modified L-crown-J logo on the tongue.

How do these compare to the previous LeBron Watch styles? Let us know if you’re planning to take part and try to get a pair. It definitely won’t be easy because the quantity is very limited.

Nike’s First Orange Box Inspires the Latest Nike LeBron Watch 15s

Originally designed by Phil Knight in 1972, Nike’s signature LeBron 15 “Orange Box” pays homage to the carrier of some of the most influential silhouettes in Nike’s history. Featuring a vibrant and unmistakable design, the LeBron 15 “Orange Box” is a tribute to an unsung hero behind Nike’s storied sneakers history.

The bright orange version of James’ latest signature shoe is the same color as the Nike boxes we’ve come to love, with gray and white stripes at the bottom.

Last night, LeBron James debuted these on court as a part of the LeBron Watch campaign. This means there was a 30 minute window that allowed fans to submit requests to buy a pair through Nike’s SNKRS draw system. All LeBron Watch colorways are very limited by design.

Let us know if you were able to cop the ‘Orange Box’ LeBron XV and check out the detailed pics below.
