While fans can enjoy the recently released SVSM Soldier 12s and look forward towards the SVSM Air Zoom Generation Retro let’s take a close look at one school’s exclusive styles.
Nike skipped the high school iteration with the 14’s and for a second it seemed that there are only collegiate colorways for the 15s. However, even though the season has ended the St. Vincent St. Mary players have recently received both Home and Away versions of the Nike LeBron 15.
The Home edition offers a plain White base, speckled midsole and Green tabs with a big IRISH logo on the side. The Away pair has a Green base with a faded midsole very similar to the Soldier 11 PE and again that big Irish logo on the lateral side.
Both colorways are expected to remain as Player Editions without a public release.

The Ohio State colorways have always been special. Now with the lack of a White/Red or a Black/Red General Release version of the LEBRON XV all I think is that we’re missing out big time on what’s becoming one of the most memorable Nike LeBron silhouettes.
I have recently previewed the OSU Home edition and there are two different versions of Red Aways, but the third option is all about the Buckeyes’ Scarlet and Gray theme. It’s a simple predominantly Gray loko, but the simple details like the two-tone laces, red heel and of course the “O” logo on the hell tab make all the difference in the world.
I’ve been hunting for close ups of the Ohio State’s Nike LeBron 15 PEs all season. Finally the Away edition has been caught, but the Home version eluded me for months. Fortunately P.J. Tucker of the Houston Rockets made it easy.
The NBA’s unofficial sneaker king, at least among players without a signature shoe, wore the LeBron XV ‘OSU’ Home PE last night against the Oklahoma City Thunder. NBA photographers did the rest.
Check out the close ups below and see how they compare with other Buckeyes make ups. I really hope Nike give us a least one predominantly Red colorway as a General Release.
When Nike announced the Equality raffle they immediately put out information encouraging the future winners to find a winner of the alternate color to trade with in order to make a mismatched pair just like LeBron.
With 200 pairs sold for each color, the odds of finding someone with the other pair are slim at best. Even you you find your match you still have to convince him/her to do the trade. We all know most of the pairs ended up on ebay with the intent to make a killing profit.
However, someone actually messaged me the other day having completed this task and provided the pics of superb quality. Congratulations to Instagram user @the_ogf!!! Well done.
